Sarah works with artists and organisations to support their creative and strategic direction, exhibition-making, collections management, art commissioning, arts and cultural programming, and policy.

Sarah has worked with galleries, arts centres, and artists' organisations, including Limerick City Gallery of Art, The Dock, The Lab, Tyrone Guthrie Centre, The National Sculpture Factory, and Galway Arts Centre.

Her career has been focused on developing arts and cultural resources and infrastructure throughout Ireland. Sarah has held leadership roles at Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, ATU, and IADT. She has served as Chair of the Local Authority Arts Officers Association.
